糖酥饼[21P]

  160克热水

  75克玉米油

  60克面粉

  110克植物油

  55克熟面粉

  30克白糖

  20.虽然不如小包酥精致,但是也是酥得不能碰,一碰就掉渣呀!小贴士

  卷擀时动作要小心轻柔,以免油皮被沾掉就不好收拾了。
